Overview

A fast-growing European sustainability platform reached the limits of its existing infrastructure. As usage increased, the platform required greater scalability, stronger security controls, and more reliable deployment processes to support continued growth. The organization needed a cloud foundation that could improve operational stability, accelerate release cycles, and support future expansion, without interrupting day-to-day development or customer-facing services.

Within eight weeks , we implemented a modern AWS environment with automated infrastructure and resilient application deployment. The transformation was delivered through our dedicated team model, enabling close collaboration, faster decision-making, and predictable execution.

The Challenge

The existing environment was not designed for long-term growth or operational efficiency:

  • Multiple environments were hosted on shared infrastructure

We led the design and execution of a complete cloud modernization, establishing a scalable and secure AWS environment while ensuring uninterrupted product development.

Our approach was built around three core principles: automation, security, and scalability. The goal was to create a cloud platform that reduced operational complexity while supporting future scale and reliability.

  • Separate AWS accounts for shared services, non-production, and production
  • Centralized identity and access management using AWS IAM Identity Center
  • Role-based permissions are aligned with the environment and responsibility
