That is why we made the decision very early on that our go-to cloud service provider would be AWS, and we worked with a partner who created the initial setup of our AWS accounts, what they call the Landing zone. There's some tooling around that, how we configure the accounts, the billing, the networking, security monitoring, and all of that on the very basic level. And <strong>we needed additional support </strong>to build out what we call the platform ultimately. It's still called the platform, enabling our developers to build the various components we need to implement ultimately in the process chain. So, we were looking for some support there, and we found&nbsp;<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/milan-gluhic/" target="_blank">Milan</a>. He was initially working on our platform and really was the first person on the DevOps side. And from there we increased and had other colleagues from CyberLab joining us.&nbsp; </p><br><h2>What were your expectations when we first started collaborating?&nbsp; </h2><p style="text-align: justify;">We were really just embarking on this journey to build out our solutions, and we didn't really know where it would take us and how priorities could be changed. So, we needed to have people with the <strong>right capabilities on board</strong>. And that clearly worked out very well because we are still working together.<br></p><h2 style="text-align: justify;"><br> How did our team expertise or skills, complement your organization's needs?&nbsp;</h2><p style="text-align: justify;">In the very beginning, <strong>we needed this broad knowledge and ultimately flexibility</strong>. Now it's really the support in the different tasks the teams need to accomplish and what is necessary there is, first and foremost, <strong>having the AWS knowledge</strong>. So, being well-versed in the skills of building an IT platform based on <a href="https://aws.amazon.com/" target="_blank">AWS</a> and using the technology stack we use such as <a href="https://www.terraform.io/" target="_blank">Terraform</a>, <a href="https://about.gitlab.com/" target="_blank">GitLab</a>, etc. And then we also needed work experience and someone who could work more proactively with the development teams and support them in finding solutions and then <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/dragomir-veselinovi%C4%87-9a1011a8/" target="_blank">Dragomir</a> and <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/nikola-kolovic/" target="_blank">Nikola</a> joined us.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><br></p><h2 style="text-align: justify;">How would you evaluate the overall effectiveness and value of our team and their support during our collaboration?&nbsp;</h2><p style="text-align: justify;">It's really excellent. We are very lucky that we found <a href="https://cyberlab.rs/" target="_blank">CyberLabs</a> and have additional support from your side. And I wanna highlight that the good thing is that, and this is the approach that we need, your people are really an integral part of our team. And that's basically the way how it should be.
