<p>As an extension to our team, we are looking for a <strong>Project &amp; Marketing Manager</strong> for our office in <strong>Novi Sad, Serbia</strong>, to lead strategic marketing initiatives and efficiently manage projects. If you thrive in a flexible, collaborative environment and want to implement your creative solutions to our marketing campaigns, check the details below.</p><p><br></p><h2>We expect our candidate to:</h2><ul><li>Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, understand consumer behavior, and develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives.</li><li>Build and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across marketing efforts, and create content for various platforms, including websites and social media.</li><li>Manage and optimize social media profiles, perform SEO to improve search rankings, and analyze marketing data to adjust strategies based on insights and industry trends.</li><li>Work closely with our team on our internal project to define project priorities, develop the app development roadmap, and conduct competitor analysis to inform product decisions.</li><li>Lead team meetings, write user stories for product requirements and meet with clients to show features and collect feedback.</li><li>Review the application in production to identify issues, implement process improvements, and adopt best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul><p><br></p><h2>What are we looking for?</h2><ul><li>Up to 2 years of experience in IT or a related industry</li><li>A degree in Engineering Management, specializing in Engineering Marketing and Multimedia or Industrial Marketing and Media Engineering, or any related field</li><li>Proficiency in English (B2), both oral and written</li><li>Hands-on experience with <a href="https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira" target="_blank">Jira</a> or similar tools</li><li>Advanced knowledge of <a href=" Microsoft 365: Login  Microsoft 365 https://www.office.com" target="_blank">MS Office</a> and <a href="Google Workspace за ваш тим | Представљамо Google...
